Nothing here is written by us or collected on a form we control. Every review on this page exists on our public Google profile, where anyone can read it alongside the ones we would rather they did not.
The request goes out automatically after every job. Cherry-picking who gets asked is how a company ends up with a suspiciously perfect rating and no useful information in it.
Publicly, with what went wrong and what we did. A 5 rating with a few honest three-star reviews tells you more than a wall of five stars, and we would rather you saw both.
