From first price to a booked date
Most of the anxiety is not the install — it is the week before. Here is what that week looks like with us.
We confirm the roofline
Alex (or the manager on your job) checks satellite footage and, when needed, a photo you send. Reply time during business hours averages 5 minutes — not “we will get back to you.”
Lock a date that fits
You pick a window. We send a confirmation with what to clear from the drip line, where the trailer parks, and who to text if weather turns. Rain moves the day; your place in the queue stays.

What actually happens at your house
A typical single-story home, start to finish in one day. Larger or two-story jobs run into a second morning.

7:30–8:00
The trailer arrives
We park where we agreed, set out cones and cover anything below the work line. The roll former stays in the trailer — it works from there.

8:00–9:00
Old gutters come down
If there is a tear-off, this is when it happens. Everything goes straight into the trailer, not onto your lawn. We check the fascia board while it is exposed and call you if anything is rotten.

9:00–10:00
Measuring and forming
Each run is measured on the roof, then formed from the coil to that exact length. This is the part most homeowners come out to watch — the gutter comes out of the machine in one continuous piece.

10:00–14:00
Hanging and sealing
Hidden hangers screwed into the fascia every 24 inches, correct pitch toward the outlets, corners and end caps sealed. Downspouts go on last, positioned to move water away from the foundation.

14:00–15:00
Water test and cleanup
We run water through the system and watch where it goes. Then magnets over the driveway and lawn for screws, offcuts into the trailer, and the site looks like we were never there.

Same day
Photos and invoice
You get photos of every run and the final invoice matching the quote you approved. If we found something and changed the number, you already knew before we did the work.
Your part
What we need from you
Short list. Most of it takes ten minutes the evening before, and none of it requires you to take a day off work.
- Space for the trailer Roughly 30 feet of driveway or street frontage. If parking is tight, tell us in advance and we plan around it.
- Access around the house Move cars off the driveway and unlock the side gate. We work from ladders on all sides of the house.
- Clear the drip line Patio furniture, grills and planters within about four feet of the wall. Anything we can move safely, we will.
- Pets inside Ladders, power tools and open gates. Easiest for everyone if dogs stay in.
- A working outlet — sometimes Only for some jobs. We will say so when we confirm the date; otherwise we run off our own generator.
Do you need to be home?
No. Plenty of our jobs happen while the owner is at work. We need access to the perimeter, not to the inside of the house.
You will get a text when the crew arrives, photos when the run is finished, and a call if anything unexpected turns up. The only moment we genuinely need you is if we open the fascia and find rot — that changes the number, so nothing continues until you have seen a photo and agreed.

Come out when the machine starts forming the run. It takes about a minute per length and it is the part people remember.
Straight answers
What if something goes sideways
Every one of these has happened. Here is what we do — written down, so you can hold us to it.
It rains on the scheduled day
We reschedule at no cost. Sealant needs a dry surface to bond, and a run installed in a downpour is a callback waiting to happen. You keep your place in the queue.
We find rotten fascia under the old gutter
Work stops. You get a photo, a number and two options — we repair the board, or we hang on what is sound and you handle the carpentry separately. Nothing is added to your invoice without a yes.
The measurement turns out different
The calculator estimates from your roofline; the crew measures the real thing. If the difference is under 10 feet we absorb it. If it is more, you hear the new number before the coil is cut.
A seam leaks after we leave
We come back and fix it at no charge — that is what the 5-year workmanship warranty is for. Send a photo and we schedule within a few days.
You are not happy with how it looks
Tell us before we leave the site, or the same evening. Aluminium runs can be re-hung; nobody wants a job that the owner drives past and winces at.
You need to cancel
Any time before the coil is cut, at no cost. Once material is formed to your roofline it cannot go back on the shelf, so at that point we charge for material only.
None of this is unusual in this trade. What is unusual is a contractor putting it on the website before you sign.
