Before we touch anything
Wide shot of each elevation and close-ups of whatever is failing. This is what you point at later if there is ever a disagreement about what was there.
With the old run down
The fascia board exposed. If there is rot, you see it in a photo before we decide anything — not in a line on the invoice.
The finished run
Same angles as the before shots. Same distance, same time of day where possible, so the comparison is honest.
The water test
We run water through and photograph where it comes out. A gutter that looks right and drains wrong is still a bad gutter.
