What helps us quote faster
None of it is required — you can call with nothing and we will work it out. But with these four things we can usually give you a firm number on the first call instead of the second.
- Your address We measure the roofline from satellite imagery while you are on the phone. This is the single biggest time-saver.
- One or two photos From the ground, showing the problem area and one full elevation. Please do not climb anything to take them.
